The Measurement & Testing Analyst ensures that all required quality testing, measurement, water monitoring, sensory support, equipment checks, retention management, and quality records are completed accurately, on time, and in line with approved standards.
The role is responsible for the integrity, traceability, and reliability of test results, including the correct use of calibrated equipment, immediate escalation of OOS or abnormal results, support for quarantine and CAPA activities, and maintenance of audit-ready records.
The Analyst also supports water testing, retention stock control, consumables governance, KPI reporting, 5S, safety, MECP, sensory activities, and continuous improvement. A key expectation is to understand not only how to perform a test, but what the result means for product quality, food safety, process control, and release decisions.
In summary, the role provides the plant with reliable quality data, early detection of risk, strong laboratory governance, and assurance that testing activities remain compliant, traceable, and fit for purpose.
