🚨 WE ARE HIRING – SELLER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (BDA)

💼 Role: Seller Business Development Associate (BDA)
📍 Locations: Bangalore | Chennai | Mumbai | Pune
🕐 Work Mode: Full-Time | Field Sales
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year / Smart Freshers can apply
🔹 Job Role
As a Seller BDA, you will work in field sales, connect with property owners and customers, conduct property/site visits, explain No-broker services, and help close successful property transactions.
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
• Meet property owners and customers for sales, rentals and leases.
• Conduct property/site visits and assist buyers.
• Explain property details, pricing and No-broker services.
• Collect and update accurate property information.
• Negotiate with buyers and sellers and help close deals.
• Onboard property owners and promote No-broker services.
• Update property and customer details in the No-broker App/CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
🔹 Requirements
✅ Diploma or Graduation mandatory
✅ Freshers / Up to 2 years of field-sales experience
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Two-wheeler + valid driving licence mandatory
✅ Smartphone mandatory
✅ English + any one required regional language
