Role Description
We are looking for a Software Engineer (Python) for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in Python development, software engineering, backend development, application development, APIs, databases, automation, data engineering, cloud technologies, and modern software-development practices.
The Software Engineer (Python) will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Python-based applications, backend services, APIs, databases, automation solutions, internal platforms, data-processing systems, and digital tools.
The role may involve working with Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, automation frameworks, cloud platforms, data-processing libraries, microservices, testing tools, and modern Python software-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Python development, software engineering, backend development, application development, automation, API development, data engineering, web development, or related technology roles can apply.

Basic to good knowledge of Python programming and software-development fundamentals.
Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, modules, packages, exception handling, functions, classes, file handling, debugging, and clean coding practices.
Familiarity with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar Python frameworks will be beneficial.
Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, authorization, web services, and system integration.
Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, SQLite, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
Understanding of database design, joins, normalization, indexing, transactions, queries, schemas, CRUD operations, and database connectivity will be advantageous.
Exposure to Pandas, NumPy, Requests, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, or similar Python libraries will be beneficial.
Familiarity with backend development, API integration, database integration, automation scripts, workflow automation, scheduled tasks, reporting systems, or internal tools will be advantageous.
Exposure to ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, data transformation, data validation, data processing, or data engineering will be considered an additional advantage.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
Exposure to PyTest, unittest, Postman, API testing, unit testing, integration testing, or automated testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, virtual environments, dependency management, package management, application deployment, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
Exposure to microservices, Celery, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, background jobs, message queues, caching, or asynchronous processing will be advantageous.
Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, API security, secure coding, input validation, encryption, or application-security concepts will be beneficial.
Exposure to serverless computing, cloud functions, scalable backend systems, distributed applications, or cloud-native development will be considered an advantage.
Exposure to machine learning, artificial intelligence, data science, generative AI, LLMs, automation, analytics, or intelligent applications will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, dashboards, reporting tools, ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and secure Python-based software solutions.
Willingness to work in an on-site environment.

Candidates without previous full-time Python-development experience can also apply.
