As a Brand & Marketing Manager, you will:
Work closely with national and international stakeholders
Actively help shaping our brand positioning and campaigns together with your team
Primarily work from the Head office in Bozhurishte, with limited national and international travel
Report directly to the Country Director for Romania and Bulgaria, with a matrix reporting line to the Regional Campaign & Media Manager

What can you expect to be doing, day to day?
You will ensure the implementation of centrally defined marketing activities at both local and national levels.
You will handle and execute locally bought media
You will secure local ownership of JYSKs brand identity and positioning
You will select appropriate media, influencers, and communication channels for locally initiated campaigns
You will optimize campaigns and negotiate the best possible conditions with external partners
You will ensure compliance with legal requirements in marketing
You will support PR and communication activities
You will professionally manage own team based on JYSK Values and JYSK Leadership
What should you bring:
Experience in Marketing or Brand Management
Experience working with stakeholders or managing projects
A structured and independent way of working
Creativity and a strong sense for branding and communication
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in both Bulgarian and English
Willingness to travel
You have a driver’s license
Leadership experience is an advantage
