2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Recruiter, Water & Transportation - A/E/C Industry is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to source and secure top-tier engineering talent in Water/Wastewater, Transportation, and related disciplines. This role drives hiring strategies that ensure the organization attracts skilled professionals crucial to its growth and project success.
3. Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including intake meetings with hiring managers.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and advise on compensation and market trends.
Proactively source and recruit technical and professional talent nationwide.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, providing detailed summaries.
Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Prepare and extend job offers, negotiating terms as needed.
Ensure accurate tracking of candidate progress using ATS and other tools.
Comply with relevant employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent follow-up and feedback.
Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to meet hiring goals.
4. Requirements:
Minimum 8 years recruiting experience for Water/Wastewater Engineers, Drinking Water, Stormwater, or Transportation Land Development, Roads, or Traffic Engineers.
Strong sourcing, networking, and outreach capabilities.
Established network within the AEC professional community.
Proficient interviewing and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in relevant software and computer systems.
Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership and deliver results.
Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and high personal and professional standards.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Annual expected pay range: $95,000—$125,000 USD.
