iCIMS Technical Specialist - Freelance - Fully Remote from India - Up to 6 Months
We are looking for an experienced iCIMS Technical Specialist based in India to support a short-term project focused on strengthening iCIMS integrations within a global application landscape.
This is a fully remote freelance opportunity, working with international technical teams and application owners. Candidates must be comfortable working with teams across the CET time zone and able to provide a reasonable overlap with CET working hours.
The assignment will involve:
Integration between iCIMS and SuccessFactors, including bidirectional data flows
Integration between iCIMS and ServiceNow, including bidirectional interfaces
Reviewing the existing iCIMS integration landscape and identifying improvement opportunities
Supporting future-state architecture and integration best practices
Working closely with technical teams and application owners across a global environment
We are looking for someone with:
Strong hands-on experience with iCIMS integrations
Solid experience with API-based integrations and interfaces
Good understanding of HR application ecosystems
Experience integrating iCIMS with SuccessFactors and/or ServiceNow would be highly beneficial
Strong technical and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English
Experience working with international/global teams
Availability to work with a significant overlap with CET working hours
Location: Fully Remote from India
Contract: Freelance
Duration: Up to 6 months
Start: As soon as possible
Time zone: Candidates must be able to accommodate CET working hours
