FCUBS - Senior Functional Consultant

Required Skills and Experience
Strong experience as a Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle FLEXCUBE.
Proven expertise in one or more Oracle FLEXCUBE modules.
Strong understanding of banking business processes and core banking operations.
Hands-on experience in:
Requirement gathering and business analysis
Functional specification and system specification preparation
Product parameterization and configuration
Gap analysis and solution design
Data migration and reconciliation
SIT and UAT support
Defect management and resolution
Production support
Good understanding of Oracle FLEXCUBE customizations, interfaces, and system integrations.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business users, technical teams, developers, testers, and project stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery environments is desirable.
Language Requirements
Fluent French – mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively with French-speaking business stakeholders and technical teams.
Fluent English – mandatory, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prepare functional documentation and conduct workshops in both French and English is highly desirable.
