Managing auditors and audits, Knowledge of Accounting standards, Knowledge of tax laws.
Preparation of financials, managing statutory audits, Managing tax audits

Ability to meet deliverables in a time-bound manner,
Managing the queries of the auditors,
Problem solver and ability to manage expectations of various stakeholders
Preferred Education & Experience
CA with knowledge of accounting standards
Knowledge of Companies Act
Knowledge of other related compliances
