For our client, we are seeking a Senior Equipment Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role will focus on driving regional sales performance for capital equipment while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and internal partners. The position will require a balance of technical product knowledge, commercial execution, and disciplined territory management to support revenue and profit goals. You will also help ensure compliant sales activity, accurate reporting, and effective coordination across the organization.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures
Exceed annual revenue and profit quotas for the designated region
Conduct personalized sales demonstrations for healthcare professionals
Collaborate with team members for effective lead sharing and account management
Organize and analyze territory records for strategic planning and execution
Educate clients on product operation and application to support satisfaction
Communicate sales activity and results to management in a timely manner
Maintain and update CRM reports and the sales pipeline effectively
Identify and develop synergy opportunities across the organization
Implement innovative marketing strategies tailored to regional demand
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of sales experience in capital equipment
Strong technical and clinical product knowledge
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Proficient in software for word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
Strong negotiation and diplomacy skills
