Associate Engineer (Back End)

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Engineer (Back End) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will support the development of high-quality back-end software within a collaborative engineering environment. You will work with experienced teammates to improve product quality, strengthen reliability, and contribute to the delivery of modern software solutions. The position also offers the opportunity to grow your technical skills while working across development, testing, and system health activities.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $109,100 – $136,400 annually
Responsibilities
Develop high-quality software in C# and .NET Framework with guidance
Design and conduct testing activities to assess product quality
Debug code and monitor system health using various tools
Build desktop user interfaces using WPF, XAML, and SQL
Qualifications
Solid understanding of C# and object-oriented programming principles
Familiarity with .NET Framework, WPF, XAML, and SQL databases
Confidence using Git for version control
Eagerness to learn modern software delivery practices
Strong drive to share ideas and support team members
