Senior GTM Engineering Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Senior GTM Engineering Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will help rebuild and modernize go-to-market operations with a strong focus on automation, data quality, and scalable AI-enabled workflows.
The analyst will partner closely with sales and adjacent teams to translate business needs into technical solutions that improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
The work will combine analytics, process design, and systems integration to reduce manual effort and strengthen revenue operations performance.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $113,000 – $158,000 annually
Responsibilities
Rebuild sales and revenue operations to minimize manual tasks
Develop and maintain AI agents for sales tasks and customer interactions
Create data tables and scheduled jobs that integrate go-to-market systems such as Salesforce and Gong
Produce reports and alerts for sales leadership
Collaborate with sales and other teams to define technical requirements based on business needs
Map and improve existing go-to-market processes for better data quality and decision-making
Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and implement feedback-driven workflow improvements
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, or related fields
Experience building AI agents or workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs) in real business cases
Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor
Effective use of SQL and a working knowledge of statistics to extract meaningful data insights
Ability to document and enhance business processes with a focus on efficiency
