Senior Full-Stack Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will partner closely with Product and Design to shape seamless digital experiences that connect frontend polish with backend reliability. You will help define scalable architecture, improve performance across the stack, and contribute to engineering practices that support secure, high-quality delivery. The position also offers the opportunity to influence technical direction, mentor other engineers, and help bring new product ideas to life in a fast-moving environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $195,821 – $279,825 annually
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product and Design teams to create user experiences across the full stack
Develop and maintain scalable frontend and backend architectures
Design complex frontend systems with a focus on performance and optimization
Build backend services and APIs with a focus on reliability and security
Establish engineering standards, including testing strategies and CI/CD practices
Lead technical initiatives that align architecture with product strategy
Mentor engineers to enhance code quality and architectural thinking
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in full-stack development
Strong skills in frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js
Proficiency in backend development with Python and Django, especially in API design
Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for full-stack integration
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot and LLMs
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices across the SDLC
