For our client, we are seeking a Corporate Vice President -Senior Audio-Visual (AV) Platform Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This leader will own the strategy and operational performance of enterprise AV and collaboration capabilities that support a large, regulated organization. The role will shape a multi-year roadmap, guide platform reliability and scale, and partner closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless meeting and collaboration experiences. It also includes leading and developing a technical team responsible for AV/UC solutions across the enterprise.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $147,500 – $211,000 annually
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a multi-year AV and collaboration roadmap
Own end-to-end AV platform operations with high availability and performance
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of AV and collaboration engineers
Direct the design and deployment of AV and unified communications solutions at scale
Act as the primary technical liaison for major AV vendors and manage contracts
Qualifications
8+ years in enterprise AV, unified communications, or collaboration technology roles
3-5+ years in team leadership or senior technical management
Experience in regulated or mission-critical industries such as financial services or healthcare
Deep expertise in Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Zoom Rooms, and video interoperability solutions
Strong understanding of AV-over-IP, network principles, and AV hardware integration
