Reliability Engineer Senior

For our client, we are seeking a Reliability Engineer Senior to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space.
This role will serve as a trusted reliability advisor to customers, translating asset health insights into practical improvements in uptime and maintenance effectiveness. The position will lead reliability reviews, communicate predictive maintenance findings, and help drive sustained performance gains through data-driven recommendations. It will also partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to capture customer feedback, identify risks, and support effective program execution.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted reliability consultant for customers, translating insights into improvements in uptime and maintenance effectiveness
Lead customer reliability reviews, showcasing asset health trends and ROI to stakeholders
Promote predictive maintenance programs by aligning insights with customer goals and strategies
Utilize reliability methodologies to drive sustained performance improvements
Ensure effective communication of predictive maintenance findings and track outcomes for clear ROI
Identify and escalate risks in program execution to drive corrective actions
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to gather customer feedback insights
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; MS or MBA a plus
10+ years in industrial manufacturing, ideally with rotating machinery and remote condition monitoring
10+ years of industrial reliability experience across various industries
Expertise in sensing modalities such as vibration, current, and torque, with experience in targeted industries such as Food & Beverage and Heavy Industry
Strong analytical skills with experience in analog signal processing and reliability metrics; CMRP and Certified Vibration Analyst CAT II preferred
