We are seeking an experienced Siemens Opcenter Developer with strong expertise in MES implementation, customization, integration, and support.

Work Mode : Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in end-to-end Siemens Opcenter MES implementation projects.
Gather and analyze business and manufacturing requirements from stakeholders.
Configure and customize Opcenter solutions based on customer requirements.
Develop and maintain MES functionalities including:
Workflows
Business components
Design and implement integration solutions between Opcenter and:
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
PLC/SCADA systems
Historians and shop-floor equipment
Third-party manufacturing applications
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data extraction solutions.
Perform system testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
Technical Skills
4+ years of experience in Siemens Opcenter MES development and implementation.
Hands-on experience with:
Opcenter Execution Core
Opcenter Discrete
Opcenter Foundation
Expected Deliverables
MES solution design and configuration
Custom workflow and screen development
ERP/MOM integrations
