Manager, Technical Lead, SAP EDI

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Technical Lead, SAP EDI to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.
This role will lead technical delivery for enterprise integration initiatives that support order management and supply chain execution. The position will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to standardize processes, improve solution design, and ensure secure connectivity with trading partners. It is well suited for a hands-on leader who can balance day-to-day execution with broader modernization and automation efforts.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $104,700 – $130,900 annually
Responsibilities
Drive process optimization and solution standardization using best practices
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance enterprise business processes
Own and manage the EDI landscape for secure integrations between SAP S/4 and trading partners
Advise on sprint design and manage the backlog for EDI enhancements
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize system enhancements
Lead onboarding and testing for new trading partners
Coordinate use case testing and provide post-implementation support
Identify cost-saving opportunities through automation and modernization initiatives
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in a technical delivery role involving EDI solutions and systems implementation
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and core modules, including SD, MM/PP, and FICO
Strong knowledge of order management and supply chain execution functions
Proven leadership and mentoring experience with Business System Analysts
Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology to business goals
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience driving process improvements in complex enterprise environments
