Description
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions across modern web and enterprise application platforms. The role requires strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies, JavaScript frameworks, database development, RESTful Web APIs, modern engineering practices, and practical Gen AI capabilities. You will also guide team members, solve complex technical problems, and contribute to architecture and delivery excellence.
A Typical Day In The Life Includes
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using .NET technologies and java script frameworks.
Lead technical implementation of application features while ensuring high-quality design, maintainable code, and adherence to coding standards.
Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML and JavaScript libraries/frameworks.
Build and maintain RESTful Web APIs and backend services with a focus on performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
Design and optimize MS SQL Server database objects, queries, stored procedures, integrations, indexes, and performance tuning approaches.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making to improve engineering quality.
Troubleshoot complex production and non-production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
Mentor junior engineers, support technical upskilling, and promote software development and delivery best practices.
Use GitHub and modern development workflows for source control, branching, pull requests, and collaborative code management.
Apply Gen AI skills, Kiro, and MCP server concepts to improve developer productivity, automation, intelligent application capabilities, and solution delivery.
Basic Qualifications
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using .NET technologies and java script frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on or working knowledge of Kiro and MCP server-based development workflows.
Experience modernizing legacy .NET Framework applications to .NET Core or ASP.NET Core MVC.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD practices, and release management processes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, DevOps practices, and application monitoring tools.
Ability to contribute to technical documentation, reusable frameworks, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
