Project Engineering Manager, Hyperscale

For our client, we are seeking a Project Engineering Manager, Hyperscale to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will oversee project engineering support for complex customer engagements, with a focus on coordinating technical execution, resolving commercial and technical issues, and keeping project work moving efficiently. You will partner closely with technical services and other cross-functional teams to improve documentation, resource balance, and overall delivery quality. The position also includes leading and developing direct reports, strengthening process discipline, and driving improvements that support better project outcomes.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $113,000 – $165,000 annually
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to Project Engineers
Develop and motivate direct reports through performance management
Serve as the escalation contact for technical and commercial issues
Promote proactive technical project support through effective communication
Identify process improvements and facilitate training on revised processes
Utilize various tools to manage project orders and resource balance
Coordinate with the Technical Services team on documentation improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
Minimum 5 years of sales, customer service, and/or project management/project engineering experience
Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license
No relocation is available; candidates must reside in the U.S.
