Position: Subject Matter Expert Medicine & Biostatistics Chart Analysis

Role Responsibilities
Interpret complex medical and biostatistical charts with professional accuracy.
Draft clear, objective, and multi-step analytical questions based on intricate visual data.
Deliver precise, unambiguous answers with comprehensive explanations in expert-level written English.
Apply domain-specific medical and biostatistical terminology accurately in all deliverables.
Design reasoning tasks that emphasize graphical interpretation, comparisons, and calculations.
Collaborate reliably with project teams via written and verbal communication channels.
Produce verifiable reasoning assignments that support training and evaluation use cases for AI models.
Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Medicine, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field.
Strong experience interpreting clinical trial data and epidemiological visualizations.
Demonstrated advanced skill with medical chart components and statistical annotations.
Proven ability to articulate analytical processes in high-quality written and spoken English.
Bilingual proficiency in English and ideally a second language relevant to the field.
Experience in technical documentation or analytical task development for AI-related projects.
Background in producing benchmark questions or data annotation tasks for clinical research or AI.
