Digital Operations, Marketing & Customer Success Executive
GowReads | Remote, India
We’re looking for a proactive, organised and versatile person to join GowReads and work closely with our founder and Sweden-based team.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across digital operations, marketing, parent communication and day-to-day coordination. If you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems and making sure things actually get done, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
🌐 Digital & Website
• Update website pages and content for courses, camps and events
📣 Marketing
• Create and schedule social media content
• Manage and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Help grow our digital presence and reach more families
💬 Customer Success
• Respond to parent enquiries
• Send parent updates and newsletters
• Follow up with interested families and help them through the enrolment journey
📋 Operations
• Coordinate with teachers and team members
• Organise shared files and keep tasks moving
• Maintain our task tracker
• Send the founder a short daily update covering progress, pending tasks and issues
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who has:
✅ Excellent written and spoken English
✅ Strong organisation and follow-through
✅ Willingness to learn Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media
✅ Strong customer communication skills
Most importantly, you should be someone who notices what needs to be done and takes action without waiting for instructions.
You’ll work directly with the founder, so ownership, reliability, communication and attention to detail are extremely important.
