Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to understand user needs.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and visual guidelines.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Translate business requirements into clear and user-friendly experiences.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs.
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across digital products.
Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Stay updated on UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and interaction design.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design software.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
Good understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and design systems.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical constraints and collaborate effectively with developers.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
