Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and driven Business Manager to join our team. This varied role includes the following responsibilities:
Prepare and coordinate management meetings, workshops, offsites and leadership events, including the development of decision papers, presentations, reports and key messages for executive management.
Analyse complex business information and data, translating findings into clear, concise and actionable insights.
Monitor key business developments, identify relevant trends and assess their potential implications for the Bank.
Support the planning, tracking and implementation of cross-functional strategic priorities and initiatives.
Facilitate effective coordination and alignment across relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and consistency in communication and execution.
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking or a related field.
Several years of professional experience in banking, business management, consulting or a comparable environment.
Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
High level of professionalism, discretion and reliability, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and deliver high-quality results within agreed timelines.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with high degree of ownership and accountability.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
