ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Volunteer Technical Project Manager (TPM) to act as the engine for our digital subsidiaries. You are not just scheduling meetings; you are owning the delivery boards. Your mandate is to translate business goals into rigid engineering sprints, hold developers accountable, and ensure Athera and Inscribe ship their products on time.
You will work closely with the parent company’s team and drive a high-performance engine that delivers quality products.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Aesthetic Enforcement: Strictly enforce our visual standards. You will utilize highly polished, realistic corporate photography of the executive team. The use of generic, AI-generated aesthetics is strictly prohibited.
Sprint Ownership: Plan, coordinate, and manage IT-related projects across our subsidiaries. You will own the Jira/Airtable/Trello boards with absolute precision.
Cross-Functional Execution: Translate high-level business requirements into actionable, binary tasks for backend engineers, frontend developers, and UI/UX designers.
Deadline Enforcement: Monitor project progress ruthlessly. If a developer stalls, you intervene, reallocate resources, or escalate the bottleneck before the sprint fails.
Operational Reporting: Participate in weekly strategy reviews and submit binary status reports detailing completed milestones, blocked tasks, and resource requirements.
System Scaffolding: Assist in shaping our internal IT frameworks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring all tech team members operate within our zero-trust security architecture.
Collaborative Leadership: Work across teams to translate technical achievements into compelling marketing narratives.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You are:
Accountable: You have a "business owner" mindset. You do not go dormant, you do not miss reporting cadences, and you treat this trial phase as an audition for a paid contract.
The Sprint Master: You have a solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and are highly proficient in tools like Jira, Notion, Trello, or ClickUp.
The Anti-Dormant Operator: You have a backbone. You are not afraid to push back on a developer who misses a deadline or ignores a Slack message.
Technical Translator: You possess a baseline understanding of web development, APIs, and cloud environments, allowing you to call out unrealistic technical estimates.
Execution-Focused: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) and value concrete deliverables over endless strategy meetings.
Aesthetic Guardian: You have an elite eye for professional deliverables and you refuse to publish low-effort, and artificial visuals.
Proactive Engine: You do not wait for the CEO to give you a directive. You extract data from the operational delivery boards, draft the next step, and present for final approval.
