Product Manager – Cardio-Diabetes
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Product Manager – Cardio-Diabetes to join our Product Management Team and contribute to the growth and development of our Cardio-Diabetes portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategies for the Cardio-Diabetes portfolio.
Prepare and implement annual brand plans and marketing strategies.
Develop impactful promotional inputs, communication materials and sales tools.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, prescription trends and business performance.
Work closely with the Sales Team to drive brand growth and market penetration.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Support product launches, CMEs, conferences, customer engagement activities and other promotional initiatives.
Conduct regular performance analysis and identify opportunities for brand development.
Provide product and therapeutic training support to the field force.
Maintain strong understanding of the Cardiology, Diabetology and related therapeutic markets.
Candidate Profile
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA (Marketing)
Experience:
5–6 years of overall experience in Pharmaceutical Product Management
1–2 years of relevant experience in Cardio-Diabetes preferred
Key Skills:
Strong pharmaceutical marketing and product management knowledge
Understanding of Cardio-Diabetes therapy area
Brand planning and execution
Market & competitor analysis
Strong communication and presentation skills
Analytical and strategic thinking
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and sales teams
