Principal Product Manager - AI Models

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager - AI Models to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.
This role will shape the strategy for AI models within a broader technology platform, with a focus on delivering measurable value to end users and the business. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to align a multi-year roadmap, translate user needs into product direction, and drive adoption of new capabilities. The work sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI, and platform execution in a fast-moving environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $154,800 – $172,000 annually
Responsibilities
Represent user needs for AI models within the broader platform
Drive product strategy and multi-year roadmap alignment with company objectives
Contribute to the AI platform roadmap to improve provider performance in care delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile and Design Thinking practices
Ensure successful product launches and user adoption
Inspire and energize cross-functional teams
Qualifications
10+ years of product management experience
Master's degree or higher in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field
Proven experience managing large product lines and enhancing user experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Successful track record influencing stakeholders and driving business results
Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills
Exceptional communication skills with diverse stakeholders
Understanding of Agile and Design Thinking methodologies
