Senior AI Product Manager (AI Builder)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior AI Product Manager (AI Builder) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will shape how advanced AI capabilities are translated into practical, high-value product experiences across the organization. You will partner closely with domain experts, technical teams, and risk stakeholders to define, test, and refine intelligent workflows. The position blends product strategy, rapid prototyping, and governance to help deliver secure, effective AI solutions at scale.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $125,300 – $154,100 annually
Responsibilities
Embed with domain experts to map current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
Define future-state user experiences and performance metrics for testing
Rapidly prototype agent behaviors and iterate based on real-world testing
Collaborate with technical partners on configuration adjustments and debugging
Establish evaluation criteria with domain experts for product assessments
Drive product documentation for clarity and traceability throughout development processes
Work alongside risk and compliance teams to establish governance for AI solutions
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Product Management delivering software or AI products at scale
Direct experience with generative AI and related technologies such as LLMs and orchestration
Proven track record in building and executing AI evaluation methods and quality rubrics
Ability to employ AI development tools and low-code platforms for rapid prototyping
Expertise in balancing system trade-offs such as accuracy, user experience, and security
Strong communication skills for aligning cross-functional teams on AI projects
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
