For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.
This role will shape the strategy for reporting and analytics capabilities that support enterprise healthcare clients and their operational needs. You will partner closely with engineering, data, and client-facing teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions that turn complex claims and clinical data into actionable insights. The position requires strong product leadership, a deep understanding of data-driven products, and the ability to translate business priorities into technical execution.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $130,000 – $170,000 annually
Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing the product roadmap
Identify market opportunities for product enhancements that provide client value
Create and manage the reporting strategy throughout the entire product lifecycle
Collaborate with various teams to align roadmaps with business and customer needs
Prioritize feature requests and manage the product backlog effectively
Identify scalable reporting and data delivery solutions for clients
Conduct client calls to discuss reporting capabilities and enhancements
Validate and reconcile data across systems for accurate client reporting
Qualifications
8+ years of Product Management or analytics product experience with a focus on complex data-driven products
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered
Strong knowledge of data visualization, data models, and translating business needs into technical specifications
Experience in B2B healthcare or population health reporting for enterprise clients, with a focus on claims and clinical data
Hands-on use of AI tools for product discovery, with critical assessment of AI's applicability
Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or Cognos
Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Skilled in data analysis to influence strategic decisions
