Product Manager/Owner AI

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager/Owner AI to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will own AI-driven product priorities that improve operational performance and client service across claims environments.
You will partner closely with business and delivery stakeholders to translate workflow challenges into practical product solutions.
The position focuses on defining use cases, shaping backlog priorities, and guiding Agile execution to support real-world claims operations.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
Drive AI initiatives by collaborating with business stakeholders to enhance operations and client service performance.
Identify and define AI use cases based on insights from workflow bottlenecks and client commitments.
Break down initiatives into actionable epics and features relevant to real-world workflows.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog according to business value and AI portfolio constraints.
Engage closely with the delivery team during sprints to ensure alignment with claims processes.
Qualifications
6-10 years in Product Management or Business-Technology roles in insurance or claims.
Deep understanding of claims operations and adjuster workflows.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
Ability to convert operational challenges into clear technical requirements.
Strong communication skills for engaging both business and technical stakeholders.
