Senior Manager, Community Engagement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Community Engagement based in the United States.
This remote leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing a national community engagement and peer-to-peer fundraising strategy.
You will oversee programs supporting hundreds of community fundraising events while helping expand congregational and community-based fundraising efforts.
The position combines strategic fundraising leadership, team development, partnership building, volunteer engagement, and revenue growth.
You will work across fundraising, marketing, communications, and CRM functions to strengthen donor acquisition and create scalable engagement strategies.
A key focus will be developing corporate partnerships and using community events as opportunities to cultivate donors and support major-gift development.
You will lead and develop a Community Engagement team while working with senior leadership and external consultants to advance strategic priorities.
The role is well suited to an experienced nonprofit fundraising leader who can balance strategic thinking, relationship building, operational execution, and people leadership.
