Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with 5–12 years of experience in designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, Power Platform, integrations, and Azure technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.
Develop custom plugins, workflows, custom actions, JavaScript, and PCF controls.
Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.
Build integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Services, and Dataverse.
Develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams for successful project delivery.
