Coverage of a high-profile client portfolio, with representation of Transition Management in discussions with senior client contacts and internal stakeholders, and delivery of a professional and well-coordinated onboarding experience
Coordination across Legal, Credit, Compliance, Know Your Client, Technology, Operations, Client Services, OCRM, Sales and Product teams, including across regional and global jurisdictions, alongside definition, documentation and challenge of business requirements at the outset to ensure clarity, completeness and shared understanding before execution.
