Role Description The Project Manager role at dotts is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. This role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring Salesforce and CRM-related projects for real estate clients, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and budget. The Project Manager will manage project schedules, allocate resources, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating requirement-gathering sessions, documenting project plans, coordinating with technical, consulting, and client teams, and overseeing testing, inspections, and quality assurance activities. The role also requires regular stakeholder communication, status reporting, and supporting continuous improvement in project management practices and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of tasks, resources, and project milestones.
Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, validations, and compliance with project requirements.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate dependencies, resources, and operational flows across teams and locations.
Experience managing technology or CRM implementations, preferably with Salesforce or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and process discipline.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage client expectations.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information systems, or a related field; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
Prior experience in real estate, consulting, or enterprise software projects is preferred.
