AI Digital Product Sr Manager - AI Studio (REMOTE)

For our client, we are seeking a AI Digital Product Sr Manager - AI Studio (REMOTE) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This role will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI applications that support scientific and business priorities in a highly regulated environment. You will partner across technical teams and key stakeholders to shape product direction, validate opportunities, and guide solutions from discovery through deployment. Success in this position will depend on balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and measurable business impact while driving continuous improvement.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $162,048 – $219,241 annually
Responsibilities
Lead AI product strategy and delivery by owning the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI applications
Evaluate and prioritize AI opportunities to align with customer value and business impact
Drive customer discovery through partnerships with scientists and stakeholders to enhance product design
Bridge business and technology by translating needs into product requirements for teams
Lead AI products from discovery to deployment with rapid experimentation and feedback
Measure success using KPIs to drive continuous product improvement
Qualifications
Experience leading digital AI products, defining product strategy and roadmaps, and measuring product success
Strong technical fluency across AI technologies, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software development
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with software engineers, AI engineers, data scientists, UX designers, architects, and business stakeholders
Excellent critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Master's degree and 6 years of Information/Technology Systems experience, or Bachelor's degree and 8 years, or Diploma and 12 years of Information/Technology Systems experience
