Product Leader

For our client, we are seeking a Product Leader to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.
This role will shape product direction across digital services and operational workflows that support measurable business outcomes in a healthcare setting. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable product initiatives and clear execution plans. The position also requires strong communication with senior leaders, along with data-driven decision-making to improve product performance and impact.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $182,000 – $217,000 annually
Responsibilities
Develop and own the product roadmap to achieve measurable operational outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product initiatives.
Communicate progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders in an actionable manner.
Provide insights and guidance as the subject matter expert for the product area and digital services.
Qualifications
8+ years of software product management experience, with 4+ years in healthcare or health insurance.
Proven track record of delivering new workflows or solutions to drive key business outcomes.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to synthesize input from diverse stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills for optimizing product strategy.
Adaptable and proactive with a "get it done" attitude, suitable for a fast-paced environment.
