Product Owner - Oracle/Cerner Solutions

For our client, we are seeking a Product Owner - Oracle/Cerner Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will serve as a key bridge between clinical stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to shape healthcare technology solutions that improve workflow efficiency and support standardized care delivery.
The Product Owner will translate business and clinical needs into actionable product requirements, maintain the backlog, and help ensure solutions are configured to align with design intent and operational standards.
Success in this position will come from strong collaboration, disciplined Agile execution, and the ability to identify risks early while driving continuous workflow and process improvement.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $111,155 – $150,385 annually
Responsibilities
Engage clinical stakeholders to document workflows and requirements
Translate needs into user stories and manage the product backlog
Configure clinical solutions to meet design intent and standards
Support deployment and standardization of clinical workflows
Collaborate with training and technical teams for successful implementation
Identify, mitigate, and escalate solution risks
Execute strategies for workflow and process improvement
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in healthcare technology solutions
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; additional experience may substitute
Experience with clinical workflows and hands-on configuration of clinical systems
Proficient in Agile/Scrum processes and user story creation
Ability to document requirements and analyze workflows
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5
