Our client is a fast-growing, Series B funded travel technology company headquartered in Singapore, operating across 10 countries in Asia including India. They run one of the region's largest B2B distribution platforms connecting tourist attractions, experiences, and activities with travel agents and OTAs worldwide. They work with some of the most recognised attractions in Asia and have a network of 15,000+ travel partners across 120 cities globally.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive partner and agent acquisition across India and the Gulf (GCC) market. You will be the primary growth driver for the company in these regions — identifying, pitching, and onboarding travel agents, OTAs, and corporate travel managers onto the platform.
This is an individual contributor role with direct impact on revenue. You will work remotely from India and report into regional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard Indian travel agents, OTAs, and corporate travel managers onto the platform
Develop and manage business relationships across the GCC market — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar
Achieve partner acquisition and GMV targets set by regional leadership
Manage end-to-end partner onboarding — contracts, training, platform integration, and activation
Maintain and grow existing partner accounts in India
Track competitor activity and market trends; share insights with leadership
Represent the company at industry events and trade forums in India
Collaborate with product and operations teams to resolve partner issues and improve platform adoption
Must-Have Requirements
5–6 years of Sales / Business Development experience within the OTA or travel technology industry — this is non-negotiable
Proven track record of B2B partner or agent acquisition in the Indian market
Strong existing network within Indian OTAs, travel agents, or Travel Management Companies (TMCs)
Comfortable working remotely and independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills in English — written and verbal
Good to Have
Prior exposure to the GCC / MENA travel market
Existing relationships with attraction operators or Destination Management Companies (DMCs)
Experience selling a SaaS or technology platform to travel industry clients
Arabic language proficiency
Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment
Compensation & Work Model
Fixed CTC: INR 85,000 – 1,00,000 per month
Variable / incentive: To be discussed
Work model: 100% remote from India
Engagement: Consultant agreement on company's direct payroll
