Business Process Lead, Finance & Corporate Services

For our client, we are seeking a Business Process Lead, Finance & Corporate Services to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will shape and document key back-office processes across finance and corporate services, with a strong emphasis on end-to-end clarity and practical execution. You will partner closely with finance leaders, controllers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design future-state processes that support operational consistency and adoption. The position also plays an important role in translating process requirements into system requirements and helping improve how work flows across connected teams.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
Own and maintain detailed documentation of financial back-office processes, including Record to Report and Procure to Pay
Facilitate working sessions with key stakeholders to document current processes and design future processes with clear outputs
Translate process designs into actionable system requirements and partner through the development cycle
Support ongoing operations while identifying lessons learned for system design improvements
Manage change effectively, ensuring stakeholder readiness and tracking process performance post-launch
Document agreements at boundaries with peer leads for smooth transitions between process areas
Oversee capability design for sales compensation and hardware fulfillment by collaborating with respective teams
Qualifications
5+ years in business process design, analysis, architecture, or operations within finance or corporate services
Hands-on experience with month-end close and Record to Report processes in a multi-entity ERP environment
Proven ability to decompose business capabilities into detailed structures
Strong facilitation skills for engaging cross-functional business stakeholders at the Finance director or Controller level
Experience translating business process requirements into clear system requirements for technical teams
