Axiom Developer

VeStaff is hiring an Axiom Developer for a client to develop and maintain regulatory reporting applications built on Axiom Controller View. You'll work across Axiom components, data models, and ETL processes in a banking and financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain regulatory reporting applications using Axiom Controller View (V10/V11)
Work hands-on with Data Sources, Data Models, Portfolio, Aggregation, and Hypercubes
Build and maintain workflows, shorthand logic, and ASL scripting
Support taxonomy mapping and model modifications as per reporting requirements
Apply data warehousing and ETL concepts across reporting pipelines
Collaborate with business and reporting teams in an Agile, sprint-based environment
Troubleshoot issues and support implementation and post-production activities
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech/MCA)
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Axiom development and implementation
Strong expertise in Axiom Controller View (ACV) V10/V11 (Taxonomy knowledge is a plus)
Good understanding of Data Warehousing and ETL concepts
Strong knowledge of databases and scripting languages such as Python or Perl
Prior experience with regulatory reporting applications in the IT industry
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Exposure to job scheduling tools like Control-M
Understanding of General Ledger (GL) and Balance Sheet concepts
Familiarity with banking regulatory reporting, compliance, and credit capital calculations
