Triam is a professional services firm providing accounting, finance, taxation, regulatory compliance and business
advisory services to businesses across the UAE and other markets. Zeinitho is a separate technology company
developing a cloud-based accounting software platform focused on simplifying and automating accounting, financial
reporting and document-processing workflows. The platform combines core accounting functionality with AI-enabled
automation to improve the efficiency, accuracy and usability of financial operations.
Role Overview
Zeinitho is looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of professional experience to join its in-house
development team. The software has already been developed and is currently undergoing testing, bug fixing and
further enhancement. The successful candidate will be expected to quickly understand the existing architecture and
codebase, resolve technical issues across the application stack, improve stability and performance, and support the
continued development of the product.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand, maintain and improve the existing frontend, backend and database architecture.
• Investigate, reproduce and resolve bugs identified during testing and day-to-day product use.
• Develop and maintain frontend functionality using Next.js, React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
• Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Work with MongoDB for application data, queries, troubleshooting and performance optimisation.
• Identify root causes of application errors, data inconsistencies and performance issues rather than implementing
temporary fixes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations with Azure Document Intelligence, Azure OpenAI and related AI/OCR
workflows.
• Work with Redis, Weaviate and asynchronous task-processing services where required.
• Write and maintain tests for critical workflows and perform regression testing after fixes or enhancements.
• Support application deployments, CI/CD processes and troubleshooting within the Microsoft Azure environment.
• Follow secure coding, version-control and documentation practices.
• Work closely with the product and accounting teams to convert business requirements and user feedback into reliable
technical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years of hands-on full-stack web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js and Express.js.
• Practical experience with MongoDB, REST APIs and Git-based development workflows.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills across frontend, backend and database layers.
• Experience working with an existing production application and taking ownership of bug resolution.
• Good understanding of application security, API integration, testing and deployment practices.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with product and non-technical business teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, Redis, Weaviate,
AI/LLM integrations, OCR/document-processing systems or multi-tenant SaaS applications will be an advantage.
Previous experience with accounting, ERP, fintech or financial software is preferred but not mandatory.
