IT application operation specialis

Role Description The IT Application Operation Specialist at LD Celulose S. A. will provide day-to-day support for business-critical applications, ensuring stability, performance, and availability in a remote environment. This part-time role includes monitoring application health, investigating incidents, and resolving technical issues in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. The specialist will analyze recurring problems, document root causes, and propose improvements to application configurations and workflows. Responsibilities also include managing user requests, creating and updating technical documentation, supporting application updates and releases, and aligning application operations with business processes and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues, interpret data, and recommend effective solutions.
Hands-on experience in application support, including incident management, troubleshooting, and escalations.
Solid foundation in information technology, such as operating systems, databases, networks, and enterprise applications.
Proficiency in technical support practices, including ticketing systems, remote support tools, and documentation.
Understanding of business processes and ability to translate operational needs into application requirements.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting, managing priorities and deadlines responsibly.
Relevant education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; professional certifications in application or system support are a plus.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is beneficial but not required.
