Senior Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Manager based in United States.
This role leads a portfolio of enterprise technology projects across the Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems, from initial planning through successful delivery. You will coordinate technical teams, client executives, and external partners to keep complex implementations on track. The position combines delivery leadership with direct ownership of budgets, margins, resourcing, financial reporting, and project health. You will manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ranging from platform upgrades to full-scale enterprise implementations and retained services. Success requires clear executive communication, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to identify and resolve delivery risks early. Working across North American, EMEA, and other international teams, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Accountabilities
Lead multiple concurrent enterprise projects across Adobe and Salesforce, covering platform upgrades, implementations, and other front-office technology engagements.
Direct technical teams of consultants, platform specialists, and other delivery resources working within complex client environments.
Serve as the central point of coordination for project status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and next steps across internal and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain client confidence through accurate reporting, proactive communication, and transparent discussions around delivery risks and challenges.
Own project financial performance, including budgets, margins, resourcing, revenue reporting, change requests, and statements of work.
Maintain accurate financial reporting across both implementation projects and retained services engagements.
Manage project delivery through platforms such as Kantata and Jira, monitoring project health, resource allocation, schedules, and emerging risks.
Select and apply appropriate delivery methodologies, including waterfall and agile approaches, adapting project practices as requirements and circumstances evolve.
Collaborate with clients and colleagues across multiple regions and adjust working hours periodically to accommodate international time zones.
Support consistent delivery standards across a diverse enterprise project portfolio and contribute to continuous improvements in project management practices.
Requirements
8+ years of experience managing technology implementations for enterprise clients, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
Demonstrated experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, or comparable enterprise front-office technology projects, with sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with implementation teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining visibility into delivery status, risks, resources, and priorities.
Strong commercial and financial management experience, including project budgets, margins, change requests, revenue tracking, and statements of work.
Confident executive presence and strong communication skills, with the ability to lead status meetings and navigate challenging conversations with senior client stakeholders.
Strong understanding of both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies, with the flexibility to adapt approaches to different engagement requirements.
Experience with professional services automation and project-tracking platforms such as Kantata and Jira.
Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working with distributed, international teams and clients across multiple regions.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or another relevant project management certification is a plus.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Benefits
Anticipated base salary of $85,000–$115,000 USD.
