Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager to join, building the AI agents that help marketers work faster and with more confidence across complex campaign and lifecycle marketing workflows. You will own multiple agent initiatives end-to-end, working daily with engineering to design, ship, and iterate on real use cases. This role reports to the Director of Product Management.
Responsibilities
Manage the backlog and delivery for multiple agent initiatives, with guidance from your manager.
Take on execution ownership for the Agents team, including coordinating with other product managers and cross-functional teams, and training other product managers on the tools and practices used to build agentic AI products, such as LLMOps.
Run discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to validate high-value use cases and define success criteria before committing engineering effort.
Write clear specs and acceptance criteria that engineering and design can execute against with minimal back and forth.
Partner with engineering on agent architecture, orchestration, and evaluation, so your agents have the data access they need to take action.
Apply the team's safety and brand guardrails, including permissioning, hallucination risk mitigation, and human-in-the-loop review, to every agent you ship.
Track adoption, task completion, and reliability metrics for shipped agents, and use them to prioritize what to improve next.
Contribute your perspective to the broader Agents roadmap, working with your manager to align priorities.
Qualifications
3 to 8 years of product management experience, including at least 1 year building and shipping agentic products.
Hands-on experience with agent orchestration and evaluation concepts (frameworks such as LangGraph; tracing and eval tooling such as Langfuse or equivalent), with working knowledge of how LLMs are prompted, evaluated, and monitored in production.
A track record of shipping at least two agent use cases from concept to production, not just prototypes.
A background in email or martech products, paired with hands-on agent-building experience, is a plus.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear specs for engineering.
Comfort working under manager guidance on prioritization while owning day to day execution independently.
At least 3 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time (EST) to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
