UI/ UX Expert - Performance Analytics & Reporting

Job Description Summary
As a Senior Analyst–level UI/UX Expert, you will own the end-to-end design process for key digital products and features. You will be responsible for understanding user behavior, defining interaction models, and delivering high-quality visual and experience designs. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, along with the ability to mentor junior team members and influence design decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Prototyping
Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Design intuitive user flows and information architecture for web and mobile applications.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries.
Essential Requirement:
Partner with product managers to translate requirements into design solutions.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders using clear rationale and data.
Contribute to product and design strategy at the feature and roadmap level.
Desirable Requirement:
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and usability best practices.
Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.
Monitor product analytics to continuously improve the user experience.
