Lead Order Manager

IIn Order Management, our goal is to ensure the right rigor around schedule and cost management processes to execute the projects on-time, within budget and with right Quality. As a member of Order management team, you will be responsible for project execution activities for the India Nuclear Turbine manufacturing at Sanand factory. This role requires cost tracking and timely communication with customer as well as internal stack holders. Your Responsibilities
Manage Nuclear new build and service projects for Sanand operations with end-to-end responsibilities including engineering, procurement & manufacturing, execution, customer management.
Co-ordination with internal stakeholders like Project management, Quality, Sourcing, Finance, Production, Planning, Tendering, Site team etc. as well as Customer for Smooth Execution of the Project.
Actively participating in kick off meeting to define the coordination and actions between all stake holders within Arabelle Solutions & at supplier’s place.
Build project schedule and project budgeting.
Control and Monitor project schedule and budget throughout project.
Analyze schedule and cost trends and provide forecasted cost and schedules to project team.
Identify potential schedule and cost risks & Opportunity as well as drive/support risk mitigation.
Provides internal and external project reporting of Procurement & Manufacturing status.
Providing 100% material visibility and tracking across the organization.
Drives KPIs like OTD, Inventory Turn, etc.
Identify areas of opportunity for standardization / optimization and where possible participate in a Kaizen or similar lean event to implement any identified improvements.
Ensure compliance to Global Standards for planning and cost control.
Ensure Alignment to established standards (WBS, process, procedures, tools usage)
Adhere to all safe working procedures in accordance with instructions.
Required Professional Experience
This role requires 10 to 12 years of rich experience is must in Industrail or technical environment and / or Project management/ Materials Plannign & Execution.
Background in Power generation, Nuclear or heavy industrail mnufacturign setup (Turbine, Generators/ Alternators, Rotating Equipment industry) is preferable .
Person must have Project Management or Order Management background and rpoven track recod and ability to manage complex multi-discipline Projects
Knowledge of cost control & project execution for large complex turnkey projects.
Ability to federate and coordinate multicultural, multidisciplinary teams without direct authority
Excellent written and verbal communication; multi-stakeholder environment (teams, suppliers, clients)
Capacity to analyse and synthesise complex issues; structured problem-solving
Technical curiosity: ability to understand industrial stakes without design expertise
Accountability, resilience, autonomy, quality mindset; aligned with Arabelle Solutions cultural pillars
Know of Project Management tools: PRIMAVERA, MS Projects, ERP / SAP, MTA Gates, KPI Bowler, MS Office proficiency is preferable
Education & Language
Knowledge level is comparable to a bachelor’s degree In Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical is preferable) from an accredited university or college and any additional certification in Proejct Management / Supply management will be added advantages.
Strong understanding of procurement / sourcing processes and supply chain governance
English — Fluent, written and spoken (professional working level)
Any additional language is an advantage
Good Communication and Presentation skills.
