West Springfield Dental Arts is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our friendly, collaborative team!

1-hour hygiene appointments and 1.5-hour new-patient appointments — no rushing
Modern dental technology, including iTero, laser, AI perio charting, Cavitron, and Open Dental
4-day workweek with a Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday schedule
8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule
One weekday off — Wednesday
One Saturday per month, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
$63–$65 per hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Dental Hygienist who is compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build positive relationships with patients and teammates
A team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate
Commitment to providing thorough, high-quality patient care
Experience with comprehensive hygiene care, including:
Periodontal charting
Digital X-rays
Prophylaxis (prophy)
Scaling and root planing (SRP)
Patient education
Fluoride treatments
Preventive dental care and other hygiene services
