The Opportunity
We are continuously searching for exceptional ServiceNow professionals across India to help us design, implement, enhance, and support enterprise-scale digital workflow solutions. What You'll Do (When You Join Us)
As a ServiceNow Specialist, you will work on modern enterprise platforms requiring strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for workflow automation.
Design, Build & Configure
Design, develop, configure, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Build custom applications, workflows, catalog items, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
Develop scalable solutions across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, SPM, CMDB, Discovery, and IntegrationHub.
Deliver secure, reliable, and enterprise-grade platform capabilities.
Optimize & Enhance
Improve platform performance, usability, and operational efficiency.
Drive automation and process optimization initiatives.
Support platform upgrades, releases, governance, and best-practice adoption.
Collaborate
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Participate in solution design workshops, technical reviews, and platform strategy discussions.
Lead & Mentor
Share knowledge and best practices across teams.
Mentor junior developers and administrators.
Contribute to platform governance, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
