Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior BIM (Building Information Modeling) Architect, based in Mumbai. The Junior BIM Architect will assist in producing and managing 3D models, conducting clash detection, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, preparing detailed drawings and plans, maintaining project documentation, and contributing to the design process by applying BIM techniques to optimize project outcomes.
Qualifications
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools
Technical knowledge in architectural design and drafting, with familiarity in 3D modeling
Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and perform clash detection
Knowledge of construction documentation, standards, and project workflows
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus
Prior experience with real estate or infrastructure projects is advantageous
