As A Graphic Design INTERN /UX/UI Design Intern
Responsibilities
Creating designs: You will be responsible for creating designs for various projects, including digital graphics, print materials, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
Collaborating with other departments: You may need to work with other departments such as marketing, product design, and sales to ensure that your designs align with their needs and goals.
Preparing files for print: You will need to have a good understanding of print production processes and be able to prepare files for printing, ensuring they are set up correctly and are of high quality.
Maintaining design files and asset libraries: You will need to keep track of all design files and ensure that they are stored in a way that is easy to access and share with others.
Researching design trends and best practices: You should stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices, so you can incorporate them into your work and make sure your designs are fresh and relevant.
Communicating with clients: You may need to communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and present your designs to them for feedback.
Assisting with administrative tasks: You may need to assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and organizing project files.
Qualifications
Pursuing or completed a degree in graphic design or a related field: Having a degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field can provide you with a solid foundation in design principles and techniques.
Proficiency in design software: You should have experience with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma , and InDesign.
Creativity and artistic ability: You should have a creative mindset and be able to come up with unique and visually appealing designs.
Attention to detail: You should be detail-oriented and have a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Strong communication skills: You should be able to effectively communicate your design ideas to team members and clients, as well as receive feedback and make revisions based on that feedback.
Time management and organizational skills: You should be able to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
Portfolio of design work: It's important to have a portfolio of your design work that showcases your skills and experience.
