Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a strong creative mindset and willingness to learn. The role will involve supporting the design team across advertising creatives, social media, branding, apparel, and AI-based design projects.
Key Responsibilities
Create and adapt graphic designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
Support the senior/lead designer in developing campaign creatives and design variations.
Design creative assets for apparel and merchandise, including graphics, typography, prints, and artwork.
Assist with branding projects and development of brand assets.
Create different creative formats and variations based on campaign requirements.
Use AI design tools to generate ideas, visual references, concepts, and creative assets.
Research current design, fashion, apparel, advertising, and social media trends.
Assist in developing creative concepts and moodboards.
Make design revisions based on feedback while maintaining brand consistency.
Prepare final artwork and ensure designs are properly formatted for different platforms.
Maintain organised design files and follow internal design processes.
Work closely with senior designers and creative strategists to execute concepts effectively.
Requirements
1–2 years of graphic design experience; freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply.
Good understanding of graphic design fundamentals.
Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
Interest in apparel/fashion design, branding, advertising, and digital creatives.
Familiarity with AI design tools is preferred.
Good visual sense and attention to detail.
Creative, curious, and willing to experiment with new styles and tools.
Ability to take feedback positively and improve quickly.
Good time management and ability to work on multiple assignments.
