Java Software Engineer

Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java, React.js, Node.js, and AI/ML. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications and integrating modern AI/ML capabilities into enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full-stack applications using Java, React.js, and Node.js.
Develop scalable and high-performance backend services using Java / Spring Boot and Node.js.
Build responsive and reusable UI components using React.js.
Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven services.
Integrate AI/ML models and AI-powered features into business applications.
Work with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI APIs.
Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Vector Databases for application and AI/ML workloads.
Implement caching mechanisms to improve application performance and scalability.
Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Perform code reviews, debugging, unit testing, performance tuning, and production support.
Follow best practices for security, scalability, maintainability, and clean code.
Participate in technical discussions and contribute to application architecture and design decisions.
Mandatory Skills
8–10 years of software development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Java
Strong experience with React.js
Strong experience with Node.js
Hands-on experience in AI/ML
Spring Boot & Microservices
REST APIs
MongoDB / PostgreSQL
Vector Databases
Caching technologies
Strong understanding of Full Stack Development
